This comprehensive strip out project involved the removal of all fixtures, fittings, partitions, and external windows, preparing the structure for its next phase of redevelopment.
Client Brief
The client required a reliable contractor to:
- Completely clear the building back to its structural shell
- Manage waste efficiently and responsibly
- Facilitate safe access via scaffold installation
- Prepare the roof area for upcoming asbestos remediation works
What We Did
Our team executed a full internal strip out over a 6-week programme, delivering the following:
Efficient Strip Out
We systematically removed:
- Internal walls and partitions
- Ceilings and non-structural fixtures
- Floor coverings and redundant services
- All external window frames and glazing
Scaffolding Installation
To enable safe working at height and ease of access throughout the site, we installed robust scaffolding around the building perimeter.
Waste Management
Waste was segregated onsite to maximise recycling and minimise landfill. Over the course of the project we cleared: Twenty x 40-yard skips of mixed demolition waste. All skip movements and disposal were managed for maximum efficiency and compliance with current environmental regulations.
